SUBJECT OF THE CALL

The subject of this call is investment to the development of the Jasnica Design Brand ( futhermore: Jasnica Design Brand ).

The subject of this call is selling of the Jasnica Design Brand too.

The Jasnica Design Brand is made by Jasnica Klara Matić on the basis of her environmental artwork.

The authorial right of Jasnica Klara Matić on the design is protected as industrial property at the State Office for Industrial Property of the Republic of Croatia.

WHO CAN SUBMIT THE PROPOSAL

This call is open for individuals and companies who are interested to invest to the development of the Jasnica Design Brand.

This call is open for individuals and companies who are interested to buy the Jasnica Design Brand.

Interested individuals or legal persons can buy Jasnica Design Brand only or together with environmental artwork which is the basis for design.

SENDING OF THE PROPOSAL

Interested individuals or legal persons send their proposals for investment to the development of the Jasnica Design Brand.on the e-mail: Jasnica-art-style-products@jasnica.com.

Interested individuals or legal persons send their proposals for buying of the Jasnica Design on the e-mail: Jasnica-design@jasnica.com.

CONTENT OF THE PROPOSAL

Interested individuals or legal persons who want to invest to the development of the Jasnica Design Brand have to mention in their proposals a total amount for the investment, legal framework for the investment, methods and terms of the investment as well as other details related to the investment.

Interested individuals or legal persons who want to buy the Jasnica Design have to mention in their proposals the design they want to buy and the price they offer for the design.

If they want to buy the artwork on which is the basis of the design, they can offer the price which is the same or higher than the price which is established by the art experts of the AGORA GALLERY, New York, 530 West, 25 – th Street.

Among the proposals of interested individuals and legal persons who want to invest to the development of the Jasnica Design Brand the proposal with the highest price will be accepted.

Among the proposals of interested individuals and legal persons who want to buy the Jasnica Design the proposal with the best conditions for the investment in total will be accepted.
